Southern Italian Americans
What is SIA?
As the years go by, the generation of Italian-Americans who led our predecessor organizations is aging and retiring, creating a growing need for the next generation of young Italians to step into leadership roles and carry forward the legacy of our Italian organizations.
SIA is a professional group designed for aspiring young Italians who seek to become leaders in business, politics, faith, family, and the advancement of our Italian organizations. This group welcomes young Italians aged 21-40. *Note: Some events will be held in venues that are restricted to individuals 21 and older. All local, state, and federal laws regarding the admission of minors will be strictly followed.*
SIA exists to assist young Italians in:
- Building lasting business connections
- Navigating professional environments (attire, language, etiquette, etc.)
- Connecting with Italian/Sicilian heritage
- Developing leadership and business skills
- Enjoying themselves!
SIA of the St. Expedite Lodge is leading the way in engaging young adults and fostering member activity on a national level. We are setting benchmark and creating a model for other organizations to engage their young Italian members. Join us in being part of a national movement that is poised to make history!
